Heidi and Frankie are a loving pair of Cattle Dog mixes. They are both about 60lbs and 5-6 years young. They were presented as a pair because Frankie is shy and sad without his dear friend. I've been working on developing a human relationship aside of his doggy friend. Taking him out without her and giving him reason to love a human. It's going very well. He is now approaching us for hugs and we even are starting to get some gentle (well earned) kisses. Heidi,on the other hand, is not shy at all! She immediately trusted us and was so gracious with her affections! She and Frankie share a definite special bond that I think needs to stay forever. They are both completely potty trained and mellow easy going dogs. Aside from the alarm bark or two that there is a visitor, they are extremely quiet and non reactive to other dogs while on a walk. They just LOVE their walks! Heidi could use to shed a few pounds and walking is their favorite activity, so I think she'll be a healthier weight in no time! Because Frankie requires a gentle approach still, I'd recommend a home with older children. Whoever is lucky enough to adopt these guys is in for a treat! They are full of tail wags and kisses and are ready to be loved forever! They are easy going and can't wait to be part of the family!
